The "Annual Business Review Package"

This package is designed to cater for customers who wish to have their accounting and taxation affairs dealt with on an annual basis. The package comprises of the following services:

  1. Initial contact with you immediately before your financial year-end to discuss your accounting and taxation requirements
  2. A follow-up meeting with you shortly after your year-end date to collect/receive your books and records and agree on a timetable for delivery of your accounts and tax returns
  3. Compiling your annual business accounts and tax returns from your books and records. We will be in regular contact with you during this stage to advise you on progress and to resolve any queries that arise.
  4. Upon completion of our work, we will meet with you to review your annual accounts and tax computations in detail and advise you on any tax liabilities arising thereon. We will give you advice on how to reduce your tax exposure for the year in question and for future years where applicable.
  5. Once your accounts and tax returns have been approved and signed by you, we will file your tax returns online with the tax authorities and remind you of any tax payments you need to make and when you need to pay your tax.

Immediately after the follow-up meeting and before we start our work, you will be provided you with an upfront fixed price tailored to your own specific business requirements. This ensures that you understand exactly what you are paying for and that there are no surprises on your annual fees!
